CT Corporation Protocols have Changed

We want you to be aware of a change in protocol by CT Corporation, who many of you serve routinely:

New Protocol: CT Corporation will accept everything while reserving the right to reject any service at a later date.

Their previous protocol was to accept or reject service at the time of service. Rejections were based on such issues as the incorrect entity name on documents, they are no longer the registered agent, etc.
