John Kienzle has worked at It's Your Serve in the capacity as an investigator and preformed legal research since 2009. At It's Your Serve, John's primarily focus is on skip tracing and research. Through his years of experience and knowledge of multiple data bases, John has mastered the skill of locating the most difficult witnesses and defendants. John is licensed private detective and is a graduate of Loyola University, Chicago. He is also a member of the Illinois Association of Professional Process Servers and the National Council of Investigation and Security Services.
Kerri Hahn joined It’s Your Serve in 2009 as an Administrative Assistant. Through the years, Kerri excelled at various positions within the company which allowed her to gain valuable experience and insight into all aspects of the process serving industry. Today, Kerri is the Operations Manager at It’s Your Serve. Her objectives include streamlining workflow processes to increase efficiency levels to ultimately exceed all customer’s expectations.
